My philosophy of eduction

 Education is the process to give or receive knowledge, skills, interests, attitudes, and critical thinking.   Education is the way of development of an individual and the society., it performs the functions of the   physical , mental, moral, economic, and spiritual growth to get rid of his animal instincts by sublimating   the same so that he becomes a civilized human.

   My philosophy of education is that I believe all students are capable of learning . They cannot all be       taught in the same period, but with different methods and strategies it is possible.

   As a science teacher the only way students are really going to gain knowledge is to experience science themselves. Science is all around us and the students need to realize and understand this fact. They need to be engaged and interested in what they are learning about. The best way to accomplish this is to guide them to asking questions and to try new things and ideas.

  I will use the state's standards to help me plan my units for the year. I will use the informal and formal assessment during the units and at the end of the units. What I plan to do is to have the students work individually as well as in groups and teams.

  While my students are working, I will walk around to observe them and to help them if needed. I plan to have papers, projects, presentations , to fit my student's learning needs.

  Teachers need various methods in order to reach every student 's level. Variety of teaching methods including hands on, technology based, cooperative learning groups and group discussion will create an interesting and fun environment , and will help all students all students succeed.

  It's very important that teachers would be able to reach the aim and targets of education by preparing the students with the critical thinking and problem-solving skills needed to function successfully in society, and by create an environment which allows the  students to realize ideals and gain an education that enhances his spiritual, intellectual, imagination, physical, and scientific evolution.
